Do you have regular design needs? Membership might be the right fit for you, giving you a designer every month for a fraction of the price of a full-time employee. That means no overhead and every resource plus more. When you Join the Greenhouse, you have a dedicated Creative Director and team of designers–ready to deliver amazing design for any project every day of the week. You get a team of every type of designer for less than the price of one full time employee on your staff. Memberships start at 15hrs/month, and are billed at a discounted flat rate. You can pay quarterly or annually.

How does the greenhouse compare to working with a freelancer? With a membership, you have a dedicated creative director who has a network of designers at their fingertips. We’ll always have a designer ready to start on your project–and you’ll rest easy knowing we’ll deliver quality results every time.
How do I request a project? Anyone in your team can fill out a project request through our project management platform. By default, new projects are at the bottom of the queue.
How many revisions do I get? With memberships, there are no limits to revisions. We’ll keep working until you’re delighted.
Do I get the working files? Yes, we deliver the working files at the end of every project (i.e. editable Photoshop, packaged InDesign, etc.).
How do I pay? You can pay via direct deposit or credit card (3% fee). Payment by check is available for longer memberships.
Do I get assigned an account manager ? No, you work directly with the creative director & designers. We dont have account mangers here - you talk directly to the source.

There are many ways we can work together. We offer flat rates for larger projects like Branding + Strategy. We can work at an hourly rate for a project-to-project basis. Or we also offer “Memberships” for you to join the greenhouse.

Primarily Branding + Strategy, and Website Design but we can quote any project at a flat rate.
hourly
We can work on a project-to-project basis, billed hourly at $110/hr.
Our hourly rate is more expensive than our membership, but comes without a commitment–perfect if you have a one-time need for design, or would like to try us out before joining the greenhouse.
